All payments made for services or products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in this policy or in a written agreement.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to info@icginstitute.com within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable period may not be considered.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned by the original payment method.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Refunds may be considered if:
The service or product was not delivered as described at the time of purchase.
There was a technical issue on our end that prevented access to a digital product or service, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
Requests must include supporting documentation and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.
3. Exceptions
Digital products (e.g., downloadable materials) accessed or downloaded by the user are generally not refundable.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been fully performed or consumed.
4. Modification and Communication
ICG Institute reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised date.
